This VE zojirushi water heater is all that the claims state. Water is kept very hot. Many different choices to fit multiple uses and needs. As a senior with arthritis, this is especially useful to eliminate boiling water daily and filling thermos etc. I also like that this model is made in Japan. I hope to enjoy using for a long time..
