It can be used in many applications and is a must have in your kitchen. The lame is great as well. The dough mixer is old school, but it works! I highly recommend this set!

This is a beautiful set and I cant wait to put it to use! Everything you need is included! The silicone baskets are great and I love that they collapse for easy storage. The utensils are heavy and of good quality. And best of all, everything pops in the dishwasher when youre done!

I am pretty disappointed with the bread baking set. While the items included in the package to make the bread are okay, the instructions on the box are disappointing. There are no specific baking instructions, just to place the bread in the oven.

This set is great. What is wonderful about it is that it is collapsible, which makes it east to store. It also comes with extras, such as the dough scraper and brush that is useful for bread baking. This is a very nice set. Easy to clean.

Love these things. For the first time bread maker these pans are great. I am still amazed that you can bake in the pans and they don’t melt.

My husband is our bread baker, and he loves this set! The silicone bannetons are great because they collapse for storage. No sticking dough if you dust them with a little rice flour first. He’s most excited about the blade for nicking the loaf before baking. Very sharp and easier to use than a razor blade or scissors.

This bread proofing and baking set is a pretty pastel green and I love how the bowls fold into themselves for easy storage. They seem sturdy and of good quality I haven’t had a chance to use them but will update my review when I do.

I used the round one to bake bread in. It worked really well. The only odd thing that occurred was the bread was slightly wavy on the bottom due to the ridges in the bowl since it can compress. The tools are easy to work with and make it easier to shape the dough. Very much recommend
