First off shipping was very slow , took 10 days to receive kettle. After opening box i was very disappointed to find mid sized area of bare metal [ No Enamel coating ]on the inside just below the rim. Which of course will rust upon steaming. Isnt that the whole point of paying extra for a enameled steam kettle, to avoid the rust .Im tired of the expensive cheap china chit. This was my first order with wayfair, hopefully they know how to make it right.

I love this! Exactly as pictured and a nice heavy body with a sturdy handle. The spring wrapped around the handle keeps it from cutting into my hands as I carry it from my sink to my wood stove. It helps put moisture back into the air as I heat my home.
