As I said I haven't used this yet - however, it is the same weight as the smaller one that we have and USE ALL THE TIME. I do EXPECT to be very happy with this once we use it.

The non stick surface started to come off a couple weeks after I got the pans and I followed all the directions around care of the pans. Cons: Not a quality product and expensive.

The quality of the Berndes Vario Click Frying Pan is better than expected. It works well with the induction burner and the added benefit of ceramic makes cooking fun since the cleaning is so easy.

The removable handle is nice and I love the white color. But, this is NOT a good pan for browning at high heats and the white coating started coming off within days on the top edges. Small placed, but for the price, not what I would have expected.
