Calphalon Ceramic Nonstick 12" Frying Pan, Silver Ash

The handle gets hot and the pan is somewhat unbalanced

I recently purchased a 12” frypan for $50, but upon receiving it, I was disappointed to find that its lightweight construction was not what I had anticipated. The frypan was delivered on a Sunday, and I initiated the return process the very next day. However, I was unable to complete the return through Wayfair’s online portal, so I reached out to customer support for assistance. I was then informed that because the frypan was an "open stock" item, it was not eligible for return. This was unexpected, as I had not intentionally purchased an open stock item. Hoping for further clarification, I requested to speak with a supervisor and was assured I would receive a callback—unfortunately, that never happened. Instead, I received an email simply stating that the item could not be returned. I followed up with another email explaining the situation in more detail, highlighting my history as a loyal Wayfair customer, in the hopes that some consideration might be given. Regrettably, I never received a response. It is disappointing to see such a rigid and impersonal approach to customer service, especially for a long-standing customer. I sincerely hope that Wayfair values short-term transactions over long-term customer relationships because, unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I will not be making any future purchases with your company.

High quality product. Easy to use website. Easy to purchase. Arrvied on time without any issues.

Quality has sunk. Thin guage on the pan, handle is hollow. Non-srick ceramic is only good thing.

This is the BEST cookware I’ve ever used! NOTHING sticks to it, but it doesn’t have any kind of Teflon-type surface (which was the reason bought it). This is a healthy option for anyone looking for nonstick cookware that provides even heating.

We've had this pan for a few.months now.it functions flawlessly. I loved the way it browns. It's lightweight is deceptive to the way it functions. It's so easy.to clean is a bonus.
