Calphalon Premier Ceramic Nonstick 7-Qt. Dutch Oven with Lid, Mushroom Gray

I cook alot of pasta and soups in it but I have cooked roasts in it too. It heats fast and evenly, with the circular design on bottom. Clean up is super quick and easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dutch oven is durable, heats evenly, and at 7 quarts holds quite a bit of food. As you can see in the photo, I made venison chili for eight people and still had tons of room left in the pot. And the great part is that it is super easy to clean! ✨ The non-stick surface doesn't require scrubbing at all! I will be using this Dutch oven quite a bit this winter. I highly suggest Cephalon!

The Tuscan chicken recipe I made in this pot turned out so tender and so flavorful, my partner and I agreed it is probably the best thing I've made so far. New recipe and new cookware, so it wasn't as if I was making an old favorite. I was a little concerned about the chicken possibly not getting cooked all the way through, but the Dutch oven construction and even heat distribution made that a non-issue. Very glad I got this piece!

It’s incredibly easy to clean, it seems nothing will stick to this for long. I love that it can go from the stovetop to the oven. I can definitely see this becoming a highly used kitchen item.

Calaphon has the 7 Qt dutch oven with lid you want, you need! I know it's a dutch oven but yeah I'm going to rave about this baby! Straight out the box the weight is good, sturdy but not to heavy and the aesthetics...its a beauty. The ceramic nonstick, no PFAs, makes clean up a breeze and no hot spots on any dish we've used it for including sauteing and searing/browning. The handles are comfortably placed and the lid is sturdy and clear so you can check in on your progress without opening. I 100% recommend this dutch oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy using Dutch Oven pots as they are so versatile. The Calphalon Dutch Oven is nicely made, modern design, and light weight. The pot evenly distributes the heat, meaning the food is cooked evenly- so important. Clean up is a breeze. The pot is made of aluminum with a ceramic coating. I haven’t put the pot in the dishwasher because it’s so easy to wash. Also the lid is clear allowing one to see what is cooking. Would recommend purchasing this pot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the premier Dutch oven with cover by Calphalon. This Dutch oven is beautiful and feels well made. It’s has some weight to it so make sure to get a firm grip on handle when using pot holders. The exterior of my pan is a creamy mushroom color with a sleek ceramic nonstick coating on the inside. I made peach cobbler and it cooked up perfectly. When it was time to dish it out and store leftovers they came out easily and the pan cleaned up quickly with a little dish soap. I’m looking forward to trying new recipe in it!

The clean up is super easy which is a must for me and the size makes it easy for me to make dinner for multiple nights or to freeze. I wasn’t sure about the color at first but I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great nonstick pot with a thick, durable feeling exterior and a well fitted lid. I’ve cooked creamy soups with no potatoes sticking to the bottom, seared a roast with no sticking or pulling of the meat and also had a nice, even browning. Overall, I think this will be a great pot to have for years to come.
