Calphalon Premier Ceramic Nonstick 8" and 10" Frying Pan Set, Midnight Blue

A great set of skillets that I can't wait to use. Arrived in perfect condition.

Good pans!

The handles get hot and the pans are not well-balanced

I have used the hard anodized fry pans for years. This year I needed to replace them (this would be the 3rd set I have had) and decided to try the ceramic ones. They are horrible - I have only used both once and these stick, even though I cooked the same as the old ones.

As simple and easy to use and clean as advertised! Love it.

Love them both! So very non-stick, can take heat, cleans effortlessly. Beautiful color as well!

We were shopping for a bigger pan and I came across this pairing. I really like the smaller pan for cooking just for a single person item. I love the non stick finish and how quickly they heat.

I like all my food well-done and crispy. Most people don’t get how I like my scrambled eggs crispy, but it’s how I love them. The pan not only cooked my eggs well done completely perfectly, there was absolutely no clean up!! It’s amazing!! Normally I am scrubbing and soaking the pan when I am done. Not anymore thanks to Calphalon!!!

The cleanup is easy and the pans are heavy enough to feel sturdy without being bulky. Small size is perfect for eggs, and the larger for bigger meals.

I have cooked several foods in these pans including sticky Rice Krispy treats and nothing sticks and they clean super easy. I'm a cook and these are the best pans. They heat evenly which is so important. I give Calphalon a 10 and I highly recommend.
