What an incredible pan. I have been looking for a Dutch oven for some time. This is large enough to tackle any task. It has a nonstick coating and of course is ok for stove top to oven recipies. Excellent price and great delivery.

It's a 7qt Dutch Oven that can be used for sauteeing, browning, braising, and slow cooking. It's well made so that heat is evenly distributed to ensure even cooking without hotspots. It's ceramic Nonstick that is made without PFAs. It's easy to clean and dishwasher safe, although handwashing is recommended. It's really an attractive piece of cookware. I look forward to Fall and using this product to make all of my soups and stews

This is such a versatile Dutch oven. It’s sturdy but not too heavy to lift. It’s great for cooking anything from pot roasts to stews. The lid is excellent and allows for venting steam and easy viewing. It’s easy to clean and such a great Dutch oven, and I love the blue color!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first time ever experience with the ceramic Dutch oven pot, it’s amazingly light to compare to the classic one and has a clear cover that you can sneak peak through, the 7qt capacity is well enough to create kitchen masterpiece, my family of five are very happy to have new addition, absolutely great for stews and chili, I tried to make freshly baked bread and the result was great, the most what I adore from Calphalon brand is that inside surface is super slick and it’s super easy to clean the durable pot just by wiping crumbs and food excess away, I am definitely can suggest to others this wonderful product as it serves yummy foods to us.
