Model 15xV PRO - Electric Sharpener - 3-Stage 15° Trizor

Had to buy hands sharpening because it wasn’t sharpening to 15 degrees as advertised.

It arrived on time and in perfect condition. After reading the instructions, I was able to sharpen all my knives as sharp if not sharper than when they were new (if that’s possible) in maybe 30 -45 minutes. It’s as good as they said it would be in the NY Times Wirecutter review.

My first time using it, I found results satisfactory. Over time I believe that it will be an excellent addition to my kitchen.

Works really well. My research said it gets the edge back to factory settings and I pretty much agree with that. Overall it does a really good job. Sliced through paper with ease. I didn't give it 5 stars only because nothing is perfect.

Abrasive wore out quickly and I can't replace them
