I bought my Cuckoo Multi-cooker over 3 years ago and it is still going strong! The clever design allows me to use the appliance with ease. The parts are easy to remove and clean and it's quite intuitive. It requires some patience in exploring at first, but once you get it, it's really simple. The auto-steam release, attached lid, elegant design, and stainless steel inner pot option is what sold me on this product over other competitor brands that I've seen, which often I find out break within a year or so. Since buying this multi-cooker, I have bought 3 more for family members. It's a great mid-level option if you want to buy something that's going to last but isn't too expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st it feels used. 2nd I like it but it’s much more stressful than a pot and stove. Cleaning it is a mission. And when I tried to use it for the first time it took an hour to get the lid open which discouraged me from wanting to try again. The instruction book is also full of confusion. Not sure if i just got a dud but it’s okay to me
