Has not opened a bottle of wine yet. Disappointed

My first one I loved until the inside snapped when my daughter used it…Thought it was her but then realized after the second one that it might not have been. In just over a month and maybe a couple uses…while it took cork out of the bottle, it wouldn’t release to cork. I will NOT be buying a third.

Worked great, but died before a year. I expected better from Cuisinart.

The opener is not working. The cork will not come out. I know it is to late for return but I paid a good deal for this and I am not pleased.

This works very well. Its properly removes the cork without damaging it. So no cork in your wine! Also ejected the cork off of the screw perfectly when triggered in reverse.

I bought this as a backup in case my other one malfunctions, but it hasn’t!! lol!! Great buy!
