I love this mug and have gotten used to enjoying my coffee at the custom set temperature of 143 degrees. Unfortunately, the mug has developed a glitch somehow that causes it to disconnect from my iPhone and as such loses control of the temperature.

Absolutely delighted that I ordered this and I'm certain anyone else will be too, or at least they should be. It works as advertised, you just have to follow the directions. Like how to keep your Hot Beverage Hot, all day long. So if you're not intuitive, or maybe if you think you are, get the user guide out and use the Mug 2 correctly. No issues for me.
