The actual quality of the set is very good, not easily breakable and very sturdy. The colors are far more muted than pictured, and the set is very expensive considering it doesn’t include mugscups and is not as pictured.

It’s a beautiful set, but unfortunately I had to return it because it didn’t match my decor in my dining room.

The packaging for the dishes was outstanding, they were definitely secure in the boxes. They were what I expected.

Dinnerware set arrived in timely manner. It was well packed, nothing damaged. I placed the set in the dishwasher, no problems, placed one of the bowls in the microwave (defrosted some frozen berries) and again no problems. The dinner plates & salad plates are the same size as my old set, but the bowls are smaller, which I prefer. I purchased the mixed colors and like the variety. The soft pastel colors mix and match well. I like the weight, heavy enough for durability, but not too heavy. 32 pieces for just under a $100 was a good deal. The description stated they are scratch resistant, I just got them, so time will tell. that is true!
