This is sturdy, very nice quality but I haven’t used it yet. I’ll fry some chicken this week to see how it works out!

The lid fits perfectly on the pan with no problems and It’s also very sturdy! Keeps things contained and nothing splatters on the stove. Clean up is also a breeze. I’m throughly impressed by how well Fissler products performs. High quality and premium products. 10/10 recommend!
