Very good quality set. Pleased with the construction and how well they work on induction ovens. Look forward to cooking with them for many years to come.

I bought this stockpot to replace an old non-stick scratched-up soup pot. I love that the interior is rivet-free. I also appreciate the interior measurements. Very helpful. It's lovely!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Fissler M5 Pro-Ply is my new favorite frying pan, the 10” size is perfect for a variety of applications. This Material is durable, easy to clean which I love and the heat distribution is perfect. I will be adding more of these pans to my cooking collection. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect size. Sturdy and sleek. Best of all, no rivets.

I like the design. The handle screw is not inside the frying pan, making it more hygienic.

Great cookware; excellent construction, even heat, no Teflon. It would be improved if the large frying pan had a lid, and the set included a small 7" frying pan with lid.

The Fissler M5 Pro-Ply Sauté Pan has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of cookware. The five-layer construction feels incredibly solid and distributes heat evenly, so there are no hotspots, which is key for high quality cooking. The deep sides are great for handling larger portions, and the lid fits snugly, keeping moisture in for recipes that need a longer simmer. Cooking Example – Chicken and Veggie Sauté: One of my go-to recipes is a chicken and veggie sauté, which can be challenging if your pan doesn’t heat evenly. I preheat the pan on medium-high, add a bit of oil, and sear chicken thighs until golden brown. The pan’s heat retention is awesome - there’s no temperature drop when adding the chicken, so I get a perfect sear. After that, I add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, and everything sautés beautifully without sticking. I can deglaze with broth or wine, cover with the lid, and let everything simmer down with no oven splatter or mess.

I've been using the Fissler M5 Pro-Ply frying pan for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become my go-to pan in the kitchen. Right out of the box, I could tell this pan was well-made. It's heavy without feeling cumbersome, and the balance is just right. The handle stays cool even after extended cooking, which is a nice bonus. Cooking Eggs Example: Eggs can be tricky (especially in stainless steel) - either they stick, or they overcook on one side while staying raw on the other. This pan nails it every time! I start with a bit of butter or oil and preheat the pan on medium for about a minute. When I crack the eggs in, they spread evenly and don’t immediately stick, and the pan distributes heat so well that they cook uniformly. I can easily slide a spatula under them, flipping or serving much easier. Whether you’re scrambling, frying, or making an omelet, this pan lets you cook with control and precision. With proper care, I expect it to last a very long time. Highly recommended!

High-Quality, Reliable Cookware! I’ve been using the Fissler M5 Pro-Ply Cookware Set for a couple of months now, and overall, I’m impressed. I cook frequently, and this set has definitely elevated my kitchen game, but there are a few things to keep in mind. Pros: Quality: The M5 Pro-Ply is solid. You can tell it's made with quality in mind - heavy and durable, which gives it a professional feel. The 5-ply construction does a great job distributing heat evenly, which is fantastic for searing meats and making sauces without worrying about the hot spots from my old set. Versatility: I use this set for everything from frying to simmering. It handles high temperatures well, and I love that it’s oven-safe up to 500°F. The stainless steel exterior looks really nice and hasn’t tarnished or scratched, even with regular use. Handles: One underrated feature is the stay-cool handles. Even when cooking on high heat, the handles remain surprisingly cool, making it easy to maneuver the pots and pans without a towel or oven mitt. While there’s little to be concerned about with the Fissler M5 Pro-Ply Cookware Set, there are a few things to be aware of: Weight: The quality comes with a bit of heft. Each piece is heavier than your standard cookware, which is something to keep in mind if you’re used to lightweight pots and pans or if you have any mobility issues. It’s manageable, but it does take some getting used to. Price: This set is definitely an investment. While the quality justifies the cost, it might not be the best fit for someone who’s just looking for basic cookware or isn’t serious about their work in the kitchen. Cleaning: Although it’s technically dishwasher-safe, I find hand-washing to be better to maintain its shine. The stainless steel can get a bit stubborn with occasional stuck-on food (especially as you learn how to cook with stainless steel), so if you’re not into occasionally scrubbing, it might be a slight inconvenience. Final Thoughts: If you’re serious about cooking and looking for a long-lasting, high-performance cookware set, Fissler M5 Pro-Ply is worth the investment. The quality is obvious, and the cooking results are excellent. Just keep in mind the weight and a bit of extra care when cleaning.
