I'd never heard of Fissler before the day I bought this. On that day, I came across people raving about it in comparison to Demeyere, which I also own, especially for induction. They were right. The stability of the temperature control on this pot is downright luxurious. I don't think I've ever experienced what I would now call a smooth boil, but that's how this thing drives, with fantastic response and performance across temperatures. I will definitely want more Fissler products in the future.

Fissler USA 4.1 qt stock pot is solid. I did not have any issues with any food sticking and the pot is easy to clean. I highly recommend the Fissler line of cookware!
