Original-profi Collection® Stainless Steel Multi Ply Wok

I have been using this very nicely designed and manufactured wok for a couple of months now. It still looks and performs like new. It heats up quickly and evenly. Cleaning is also quick and easy. This pot makes cooking such an enjoyable task. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase!

A great piece of cookware! Heavy-weight, so heat is uniformly distributed. The quality exceeds Viking or Cuisinart.

Cons: the bumps on the bottom of the wok make it a bit harder to clean. Overall, I think this is a great product and will definitely continue to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm obsessed with this wok. It is so beautiful and I keep saying it's like the Bel Air of woks. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and cleans up easily. I'm in love with it! I made chicken pad Thai in it today and it came out perfect. I at one point even burned a little of the sauce not realizing I didn't turn the heat down and it came up and cleaned up with no issues.

This pan beat every single expectation of mine. I’ve been a tried and true caphalon fan for years and use stainless steel steel pans, so this stainless steel fissler wok had a lot to stand up to and BOY did it change my opinions. I’ll start with the cons: I’m not sure the dimples on the bottom are anything more than decorative and it makes it annoying to clean. The lid is just absurdly tall. Maybe I don’t know what to use it for, but it’s not for me. Pros: this is a FUN piece to use. It’s a great weight - not too heavy for lifting around but feels very sturdy, too. The metal is thin and it heats up faster than any pan I’ve used before. I think this would hold up to any cooking task you give it. We tried stir fry, pancakes, and pictured: paella. A few cons, but I’m honestly so impressed with everything my else it still gets five stars. I’ll be using this for ages and want to buy more in the line to replace my trusted caphalon, which says a lot about how I enjoy it.

I was a little nervous cooking with a pan that isn’t enamel or coated in nonstick but it didn’t even matter. I was able to cook with no sticking and made lomien for the first time. It turned out so good! Everything cooked nicely and seemed to heat evenly. The cover is. A very good fit, and it is heavy but in a good way. I can’t wait to add on and get more pans like these.

I really enjoy how easy it is to cook in and I have not had to worry if I walked away it wouldn't burn my food.(I have a pan that will even if the units no to hot). I love it the down fall is I want the whole set and it's a little pricey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fissler stainless steel wok is a restaurant quality pan wok. Very sleek designed wok. Thick stainless steel that will be good in braising. Weight wise it is pretty heavy. I received this complimentary for product testing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was super happy to be able to test out this wok! ive always wanted one, but couldn’t justify the price tag, which in this case is $400! this was finely crafted in germany. it is so well made! i used it to make pancakes for our sunday breakfast. next up, a mean stir fry!! love this wok!!
