Fissler Pure Collection Frying Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stainless steel is nice to cook with as long as you aren’t expecting the experience of a pan with non-stick coating, or similar. There’s a learning curve to cooking with stainless steel, so do a little research if it’s your first time. I’m not certain how many plys this pan is, but it seems heavy for its size and appears to be high quality. Stainless steel is renowned for its ability to distribute heat evenly and this pan is no exception. The standout for me is the rivetless design, which is great for cleanup! I seasoned the pan with avocado oil, and made a quick seared chicken leg quarter with a pan sauce. The pan created a nice fond after searing, and deglazed nicely. Cleanup was a breeze, especially without rivets to have to scrub around. If for some reason the pan gets very dirty and difficult to clean don’t worry, it’s almost certainly not ruined. Some quick research and it’ll look as good as new. Overall this is a nice pan to cook for 1 or 2 people. Any more than that and I would opt for a larger skillet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are frying pans and then there is THIS frying pan. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever used such a high quality frying pan before! This stainless steel pan heats evenly throughout and our food slid right off. Cleaning is super simple with it being dishwasher safe. The cost may be on the high side but I can see this pan lasting for a very long time so well worth it.

I’ve tried several frying pans and finally found one that cooks my food evenly and doesn’t burn my food. It’s also extremely easy to clean since the food doesn’t stick to it or leave residue after cooking. I also love that this doesn’t have any type of coating on it so it doesn’t scratch or flake off and get into your food. I’m sick of getting pans that do this and don’t last. I plan on getting more Pure Collection pans not only because of their high quality but also because of how well they cook my food. I highly recommend you try them!

Cleaning is a breeze. The size is perfect for meats, eggs, or any other easy single dishes. The distribution of heat is phenomenal. I would buy more of these pans.

I am extremely picky on what I use in my kitchen. When I opened the box to Fissler’s Serving Pan, I was immediately impressed with how durable this pan is. Made of 18/10 stainless steel, this pan will last a lifetime. I put this pan to the ultimate test by making my grandmother’s recipe for zucchini and sweet onion pasta. This recipe requires the onion and zucchini to dance that fine line of between being cooked or being overdone. This pan with its even level of heat distribution kept the consistency of perfectly cooked. Big enough to create all the trendy one pot dishes, the pan will keep your family feed for generations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great skillet. Right out of the box, you can tell that it’s made from high quality materials and well constructed to last for years. My wife makes skillet dinners quite often but usually transfers them to bowls for serving. This pan went right to the table. This was a meal for four with leftovers so it’s big enough for a family. The handles never got hot during cooking, either. She just carried it straight to the table.

It is heavy, durable, material is great aluminum from Germany. A little heavier but that’s mean a good quality. Now I can cook healthier stuff with this.
