Fissler Pure Collection Rondeau with Glass Lid

A great pot, I’ve had one of the same size for 25+ years and needed to replace so went for the newer model (lids match, redesigned handle). I use the pan multiple times per day a a go to for hot cereal, warming soups, vegetables , and more. Looks and cooks great I’ve used on both gas and electric tops.

I have had a large collection of Fissler cookware for the last 25 years, and see them as an irreplaceable part of my daily life. So I bought the 9-piece set for my daughter as a wedding gift. However, I've been rather dismayed to find that the handles get hot! This doesn't happen with my own set - why is that? And actually, if I'd known this, I wouldn't have bought them. Suggestions for how to avoid this would be welcome!

Nice pot for the money these pure are not quite as thick as Profi or M5

High quality lighter than m5 or Profi. Works well on induction.

This pours better than most of the lesser spouted pots in my kitchens. No drips! Perfect weight for all kinds of one-pot ease. Stays clean, easy to clean, and cook even while learning my new quickly-hot induction cooktop. Beautifully crafted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an awesome stock pot, I love it. It seems to be very sturdy, and it’s multi purpose too, which is even better. You aren’t limited to just broths and soups, you can also braise meats, etc… I love the even heat distribution, hard to get with electric stoves. Also, it’s super easy to clean. I’d recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Durable top quality stock pot with beautiful stainless steel body and a glass lid. Such a gorgeous addition to my kitchen. I am really obsessed with it and enjoying cooking in it every day. I am not only using it for soups but also to make raviolis, noodles and curries. Heats evenly on the stove and the food is cooked perfectly without getting stick to the bottom which I always worry about cooking in steel pots. Easy to clean. Not very heavy but the bottom is thick making it more durable for high heat cooking. The lid seals tightly without letting the steam to escape and the best thing being the handles and lid doesn’t get hot and easy to hold without worrying about getting burnt. Perfect size for a family of 3 but definitely will buy similar pots from this brand as I am loving everything about this stock pot.
