I was actually sent the wrong size pan but Fissler fixed the issue quickly. It is my first time buying a stainless steel pan instead of non-stick. I am impressed and wonder why I didn't use one before! As long as you follow instructions, even salmon fillets won't stick to the pan. It's a beautiful quality and being a long-time owner of Fissler pots, I know they last a lifetime!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan's non-stick surface performed well, releasing food effortlessly. Heat distribution was even, allowing for consistent cooking results. I successfully cooked delicate omelets, seared salmon fillets, and sautéed vegetables.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super super heavy pan I can see myself cooking sautéed rice and chicken wings in this maybe even some curry. It is deep. It is heavy and I know that did a whole heat well easy to clean versatile cooking dish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is beautiful and great for roasting and serving without needing to transfer pans! The weight of the pan shows that it’s well-made and a high-end product, making any roasted dish presentable. We ran it through the dishwasher after a long roast and it was almost completely clean, I did have to scrub a little of the roasted oil off, but it all easily came off. I’ll definitely be using this for some holiday dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stainless steel is nice to cook with as long as you aren’t expecting the experience of a pan with non-stick coating, or similar. There’s a learning curve to cooking with stainless steel, so do a little research if it’s your first time. I’m not certain how many plys this pan is, but it seems heavy for its size and appears to be high quality. Stainless steel is renowned for its ability to distribute heat evenly and this pan is no exception. The standout for me is the rivetless design, which is great for cleanup! I seasoned the pan with avocado oil, and made a quick seared chicken leg quarter with a pan sauce. The pan created a nice fond after searing, and deglazed nicely. Cleanup was a breeze, especially without rivets to have to scrub around. If for some reason the pan gets very dirty and difficult to clean don’t worry, it’s almost certainly not ruined. Some quick research and it’ll look as good as new. Overall this is a nice pan to cook for 1 or 2 people. Any more than that and I would opt for a larger skillet.
