Vitavit Premium Pressure Cooker Set, 6.3 Quart and 3.7 Quart with Glass Lid

Love this smaller size to go along with my larger Fissler. Perfect for so many things. Works just as well as the larger available pressure cookers and is as equally robust. Easy to use, easy to clean! Highly recommend.

I purchased my Fissler set directly from their USA location. I absolutely LOVE the high quality, form, and finish of this except- ional quality set precision made in Germany. Impressively you can tell much care and hand-crafting was done. I use the two pressure cookers at least 3 times a month for the past 4 years without and problems at all. I am so glad that I spent my money wisely on this Fissler set.

I am very happy with this pressure cooker, so far! I had been using an electric pressure cooker for years and got so tired of having no control over it (plus it had lots of problems), so I wanted to switch to a stove top one. I love it! It works like a charm and so far, my recipes have turned out perfectly. It is very expensive, but I hope to use this pot for many years to come.

I consider myself pretty well rounded in the kitchen, but I definitely feel like I've reached "chef status" with the Vitavit premium pressure cooker and pressure skillet from Fissler. This amazing product cuts my meal cook time in half and more while packing in all the flavor!! Ontop of all that, this little genie can grill, steam, sear, bake, and even preserve!!!! Are you nervous about using a pressure cooker? I was too once.. but don't be!! Once the pot/skillet is sealed, the Vitavits safety system allows the pot/skillet to only be opened once the steam is released... All that being said.. the Vitavit Pressure Cooker from Fissler wowed me and made me a firm believer in the pressure cooker!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This German made pressure cooker can be used as a regular pan with the steam release open, or with the vent closed as a pressure cooker. It is well made with high quality and premium grade. It is a reasonable size for a family of 3-4. The design is thoughtful since it has a plastic handle across from the main handle that will help you lift the pot with two hands using two areas that are not hot to the touch. The safety features are reassuring, the steam vent is easy to use, the gasket is secure, and the pan is heavyweight. You can sê how durable the bottom issue is. Although it’s heavy but very easy to clean and stable when you try to stir your food without holding it tight.
