Very cute, but I did not realize the are plastic!

I am totally confused because I received the bowls I order in this shipment but neither items of plates I purchased were delivered, it shows the status was delivered but never were. It said delivered on the Mon Sep 9th, but was not, not even a picture taken showing it being left outside the door. I received the bowls on the 9th that stated it would be delivered on the 13th Friday, but instead delivered on the 9th. I would appreciate someone explain where are my two separate orders of plate before I submit my review, please resend my order, thanks
