Picture and description indicated the item I wanted, when receiving the initial shipment the correct picture was on the item package, but the top was not what was ordered and the only reason I made the purchase. Contacted Customer service directly to inform them, they offered to send a replacement, I even asked them to indicate in the order to be sure the lid is correct prior to sending. What do I receive a week and a half later??? The EXACT same item but they changed the picture on the packaging, website still reflected the item I ordered/wanted. Very Poor Marketing Skills - When you list an item the item received should be EXACTLY as listed/pictured. IF YOU ARE LOOKING SPECIFICALLY FOR THE SLOTTED/STRAINING LID ON THIS PAN, DO NOT ORDER!! THEY DO NOT INCLUDE THAT LID, IT'S A STANDARD, SHORT LIP GLASS LID WITH NO STRAINING CAPABILITIES!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this pan has a 10 year warranty and can be used in the oven up too, up to 500 degree. You can go from the stovetop right to the oven. Clean up is a breeze! I prefer to hand wash it, but you can pop it in the dishwasher if you want to. It has a hole in the handle for easy hanging on my pot rack. This is one of my go to pans now. Perfect size for my family of 4.
