Greatest purchase and investment I ever made!!

I love this item so much. Perfect size for my family.

I love this simple cooker. No bells and whistles. No timer. Just heat settings. The LOW setting brings a full crock to a boil, but not a hard-driving boil. The one thing I think they should change is the knob on the lid. It is too short and it’s too easy for your fingers to touch the hot glass when lifting the lid. So, be careful.

Received two different crockpots and both had scratches in the coating. Wayfair directed me to the manufacturer to fix the issue but the manufacturer contact information was not correct. Still waiting to hear back from Wayfair to see about returning for a refund. Overall a very poor experience.

This is five years old and still works great! Simple and easy to use with expected results to match.

This is the biggest crockpot I have ever had but I also love it can cook a big meal
