HENCKELS Classic 7-Piece Self-Sharpening Knife Block Set

This is the best knife set I’ve owned. Had it for about a year and I will say I don’t think I’ll buy another brand. Super super sharp and stays that way due to the sharpening each time placed into holder. This was worth every penny, and I know will last me many more years!

I got this on sale and can't complain about the value. However there are a few things that should be mentioned. First, the sharpening system which seems to be quite nice on initial impression does not apply to the serrated knife or to the scissors. Not entirely surprising, but the knife sits low in the slot since there are no sharpening wheels to prop it up. Not a big criticism, but it looks a bit odd. The picture on line shows how it looks in the slot. Second, the handles are not as ergonomic as one often finds, but have straight edges. Again, not a huge critique, but some handles are better for sure. These things aside, happy with the purchase.

Love this knife set!! All the knives are very sharp!! The block itself is pretty large but I’m getting used to it.

Why have I waited too invest in a great set of knives? I guess I figured they would be out of my price range.

Have gifted this self-sharpening Henckels knife block twice. Both recipients very pleased, appreciate the quality, & the convenience of these always sharp knives.

Not sturdy knifes for the price. Thin and weak. For 500 dollars, these knives are awful. I wont be buying from Wayfair again. The item quality gets worse and the costs contine to rise. Hell No.

Overrated!! So not worth the !!
