Absolutely love this set. It is perfect for my needs—well made, sharp, excellent knives. The only possible downside is that the block they are in is very long. I knew it when I bought it thinking that my large countertops could handle it, but it is very long. I had to put it on my island because it was disproportionate to my interior counters. This places it next to my sink and cutting board, though, and is handy for just grabbing, using, and rinsing off, so it works for me. Just check the measurements first before buying. It’s a great set of knives, but you may want the smaller set for a smaller block to work in your own kitchen.

These knives and holder are not the quality I expected . Steak knives were very low quality .

Now these are knives for the keep. Sharp and a nice holder. Must be careful using these knives, if you dont, you might cut yourself.
