I love this pan. . Great balance. Very even heat distribution. A joy to use. Also very appealing look. The handle is very comfortable and stays cool. Easy clean up.

This pan heated up quickly, and evenly with no hot spots. It seared my steak perfectly. And the pan cleaned up easily and effortlessly. The copper finish is a beautiful touch.

I recently purchased a Hestan CopperBond skillet and love the way it cooks. I just remodeled my kitchen and installed an induction cooktop. I love the aesthetic of clean modern designs and CopperBond offers a new modern look along with the traditional benefits of copper cookware. The skillet is perfectly flat and stays in contact with my induction hob, unlike some other pans I've tried. I highly recommend, based on how much I like this pan, I will add more pieces to my collection.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. She loves it. The design and quality are fantastic. Cooking is very even and cleaning is very fast and easy. I will be adding other Hestan pieces in the future.
