This is by far the most amazing pan we’ve ever used. Even if I don’t need a 12.5” to cook, I want to use this as I can’t imagine cooking with anything else. The easy release feature makes all the difference. Beautiful browning that releases easily. I’ve read the reviews about sticking, but with use of minimal fat you get truly great results. I consider the browning on pancakes the perfect tests of even heat distribution. They come out evenly browned and with just a bit of fat never get stuck. Creates a beautiful crust even on steak and chicken thighs without having to haul out the cast iron pans. Definitely will be adding more pieces to our collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pans look very modern and sleek with the titanium. Lightweight and incredibly durable. Only hiccup is the searing and fond. The pans behave differently than traditional stainless in that regard. It was interesting to fully cook chicken in the skillet and have basically all of the oil I put in the pan still there. Made the food more flavorful, but at the trade off of being unable to make a nice fond sauce. Overall, a solid pan that will look brand new for many years to come. In the end, I’d consider this a situational use just like my carbon steel or cast irons skillets.

The Probond pans are the best pans I ever cooked with.

The quality is amazing and it does exactly what the reviews said. It is stainless, and even the nanobond helps with non stick but that doesn't make it a nonstick pan. So as long as you get your heat right and use a little oil, then everything floats on the pan. I had some Eggs stick as i was practicing the use with stainless but after my second attempt I feel I pretty much have it down Pat. , but it was still Soo easy to clean.

I'm new to stainless steel, but I've figured out how to do scrambled eggs and I love the flush rivets for being able to run my spatula around the edges. I'm not sure you couldn't do just as well with a slightly less pricey brand, but the titanium is so pretty and worth the splurge for me.
