Le Creuset Cast Iron Crepe Pan with Rateau and Spatula

I love this enameled cast iron griddle skillet!!!

Love making crepes for breakfast on this pan.

Difficult to use but cook good crêpes

This item is much smaller than anticipated. Additionally, the handle gets super hot fast and the "one size fits all" handle cover(s) slide off. Terribly disappointed. Received as a gift for xmas but apparently window for return has expired

I have a crepe pan from 30 years ago. Different style. But this pan is so much easier to use. I can start making crepes again

I just tried the pan today. I have an induction cooktop and it did great. Observations I have: the handle could have been a bit longer. When grabbed with a kitchen mitten it easily could slide if the grip is not good and if that happens on top of a glass cooktop that means the cooktop is gone, broken. The pan is heavy and the handle gets hot so cannot be held with bare hands. There are some silicone pot grabbers or whatever those are called, I think those would be better for handling the pan. Also, it has to be allowed to get hot before starting to pour the batter. Otherwise, even heating, easy cleaning. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast, it came when they said ot would. And well packed. Thank you!

What can I say, love Le Creuset and LOVED the price at Wayfair. Great product.
