Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Signature 10.25" Square Skillet Grill

This is perhaps my most favorite thing to use in the kitchen at the moment! I got this (and 2 other Le Creuset items - thanks to the extra discount at Wayfair!) 4 days ago, and since then have made the perfect steak (2 inch filet mignon), grilled fish and grilled vegetables while staying indoors, without being afraid to go outside the house to grill and without the fuss of charcoal grilling!!

Very light weight does not feel heavy like normal cast iron

My husband grilled steak on this grill. He was impressed with the results which surprised me as he is an outdoor grilled.

I purchased this as an bridal shower gift and bride to be was excited and loved it

good for frying. no need for too much oil.

We have used every night when first arrived. Mastered zucchini first night, pork chops second, burgers…. etc. cleaning was easy then Oiled before putting it away. I think eventually will not wash with soap - to get the French style of seasoning. Instructions in booklet stated soapy water is okay - that’s why I chose this pan over others because we had sticking the first few nights and I wanted a pan that was sealed so I could wash the residual chunks away.

Le Creuset products are always fantastic- there is a reason they have been popular for 50 years. The drawback is that everything is so expensive, so I was happy to snap up this grill pan when it was on sale. I have the flame color already and purchased the light blue color for the beach home. Grills - great, especially for for porterhouse steaks or salmon steaks. Cleanup is challenging unless you let it soak or use one of those spray degreasers. It is VERY heavy ( about 5-6 lbs). As a woman with small wrists and hands, I find it difficult to lift easily with one hand,which is I am taking off 1 star.
