What can I say. It is Le Creuset. It is a great little dutch oven. It heats the way you would expect. Its easy to clean. I use a little Barkeepers Friend for the rare occasion theres a little burnt on discoloration.

Fabulous cookware. I often give as wedding present because it is a welcomed addition to any kitchen. And will last.

I could not be more pleased with this Creuset. I've used it several times for cheese and macaroni, stews..... it's a heavy, solid piece of kitchen cookware. A must have for any kitchen.
