It is an excellent product durable well designed and well build as you would expect from LeCruset

This splatter screen is perfect for frying any food. It's easy to use and prevents hot oil from splattering all over the cook top and me! It's easy to clean, I just put it in the dishwasher.

Nice splatter screen, very well made and functional. No smoke off it yet too which is a bonus.

This is possibly the best spatter cover I've ever owned. Scratch that - this *is* the best spatter cover I've ever owned! Stays put, fits a variety of pans, easy to clean.

Best use for me is when I make dumplings in the cast iron pan - used to tent with aluminum foil immediately after adding water to steam them. This product is easy to use, clean and store. No regrets.

Good to very good overall design. I wish the rubber seal was extended inward a little to better fit my 10 inch frying pan. There is a risk of the pan's nonstick edges getting scratched if you are not careful.
