  • The nonstick surface is and triple-reinforced to prevent flaking, peeling, and rusting.
  • Hard-anodized, fully encapsulated aluminum core conducts heat quickly and evenly.
  • Magnetic stainless steel base disk resists corrosion.
  • Ergonomic handles are hollow to stay cool on the stovetop.
  • Wide loop handles provide a safe and comfortable grip.
  • Care and use: Cool the pan for a few minutes before cleaning. Do not plunge a hot pan into cold water. The only recommended nonstick cleaning pads should be used on nonstick surfaces. Do not use any metal or abrasive pads or abrasive cleaning agents on any of the surfaces.
  • The glass lid if used is safe up to 425 degrees F.
  • Compatible with all cooktops and oven-safe up to 500°F (tempered glass lids up to 425°F).

My wife and I decided long ago that we love le Creuset, this is our 4th purchase for our self's and probably 12th pan pot set as we gift them now whether your a gourmet chef or a casual cooker here are must haves we are pruning our pans and pots as we replace each with le creusets easy clean use the right utensils and These will last forever recently we gifted a stockpot to our daughter and she teared up and has Senta us numerous dishes she's made thank you your products are as advertised and beyond .
