Just received it. It is heavy for a small pan. I like that. You have to oil it first like a cast iron skillet. I fried an egg in it and it pick right up. No sticking. So far, so good.

Love it! Moved & having a hard time adjusting from gas to an electric stove top. And dealing w hard to clean off food from a name brand pan. Was dreading cooking. This pan has solved both issues for me. Wish I’d gone ahead & “indulged myself” sooner.
