The picture on the mug is great and the mug works as advertised. However, there is no picture of any kind when the mug is cold and you have to fill up the mug to the very top to get the whole picture. Even then, it’s not the entire picture for awhile. Disappointing. However, if you don’t mind this, it’s a sturdy, beautiful mug. Hand wash only.
