I got this as a replacement to my ninja never stick pan, which stuck. This is by far a better non stick surface.

Absolutely the worst product I've used. Less than 6 months and pans no good. Food get sticky to the pan. eriously bad quality for a premium price.

I bought these a while ago. I liked them but they started peeling and are very difficult to clean.

I have the larger one and found it too heavy. This one is perfect. The finish is fantastic except for the outside and bottom. You must make sure to keep those clean.

I use these multiple times a day and they are my absolute favorite cookware to date, and I’ve purchased a LOT in my lifetime. They are heavy bottomed so heat distributes evenly, are well made and VERY easy to clean. I like the glass lids so I can see how the food is doing, like a rice dish, without lifting the lid. I examined every pan when removing them from the box and all were in perfect condition. The instructions say to use some sort of protective material between the pots/pans to protect from chipping or scratches if nesting when storing, so please be sure to do that to protect your cookware. The cardboard used in the box to protect the pieces would work great. I am using a pan divider that keeps them separate. Reading the instructions will extend the life of this cookware. Some reviews indicated the pans are not nonstick, however, I have found them to be excellent when following the directions. When cooking in the frying pans for instance it is imperative to preheat the pan for several minutes first as instructed and to use a oil/butter but NOT spray oil in pressurized cans from the store because they contain ingredients that can make food stick to the enamel. If using only a small amount of oil/butter, distribute it around the pan with a small piece of paper towel or a silicone brush OR use a manual oil sprayer that you fill with your preferred oil. The only thing I’ve noticed is if only using a light spray of oil or dab of butter with a fried egg, I need to lift the egg out after one side is cooked, spray or swipe the used paper towel around again and then flip the egg in — but if using more oil or butter to start with, this won’t be necessary. This wasn’t necessary to do when I made omelets because omelets need to cook longer before flipping over. I don’t mind doing this at all if it means using cookware that isn’t made with poisonous materials. This cookware is EXTREMELY easy to wash. Even when I made homemade cheese and broccoli soup, it washed out easily. The pot handles stay nice and cool. The only minor suggestion I have is to possibly add a silicone sleeve to the lid handles so a potholder isn’t needed to lift the lids, but many high end pans don’t have this either so it’s not a deal breaker for me.

I’ve only had my pans for less than a year and the ceramic on the inside is chipping. I am very particular on what is used inside of my pans. I don’t allow silverware or any kind of metal being used in my pans. This is very upsetting and I don’t know how this has happened.

I bought this set 4 months ago and the coating in the large pot lifted exposing the ceramic underneath. I have never used hard material utensil in this pot. It just lifted from sitting in my dish rack after a wash. I am not amused with this as it’s supposed to be life time.

We bought this set about 4 months ago to replace our old set from another company. We had really high hopes with the ceramic coating and good reviews. Soon after our first use, we noticed chipping around the edges of all of the pans, and now even some on the inside of the pans. They have not lasted nearly as long as we had hoped. Also, the lids don't fit the skillets, which we didn't realize before purchase. We would not recommend this set. For the price, they really shouldn't be deteriorating so quickly. We only hand wash, don't use non-stick spray, no metal utensils, and stack carefully. We have even tried stacking with towels between to help, but it hasn't helped much. We have been very disappointed with this product. Not to mention, every time we cook eggs, they stick so bad, even when we grease with olive oil or butter beforehand.

These are life changing!! They cook food so evenly and nothing sticks!

I would like to say I love Shark/Ninja. With the amount of products, I own or purchased in the past I could easily be one of their spokespersons. I purchased this cookware in August and it was by far the best I have ever cooked on including some of theirs. The piece I use almost daily was the large frying pan. After about two (2) months of use there became an area of about any egg that no longer was non-stick. Everything sticks in that spot. The food sticking became so bad that pan is unusable. The sad part is I have followed the care directions to the tee.
