Stainless Steel Chafing Dish

Works very well, the size is perfectly to my small space.

This is going to work great in our food trailer

Perfect warming cabinet for our food truck business. Heats to the best temperature. Easy to you, perfectly portable and sits perfectly on the counter. Attractive and enticing to the public. Easy to use.

This works great and is high quality. It also comes with 2 trays and a pair of mini tongs. The shelves you can choose to use one or both of them which is nice to have that as an option. The downfalls are the magnet doesn’t hold the doors shut. They pretty much stay shut but I worry in time that may change. Also this took more time to unpack than anything I’ve gotten. The stainless steel was all covered in a plastic which does not come off easy like some others and was quite the task.

This item is a lot bigger than I was expecting. It looks like it’s made of really good quality. So far we’ve tested the heat and there is a wide variation in temperature on the bottom rack. It seems to cool off and then heat up up to 20 degrees beyond where the temperature is set. The top rack does seem to maintain a more stable temperature .

This is a great piece I would recommend to everyone. It was so well packed and also the film that is placed on the metal is so out the norm. The film protects from scratches that you have to pull off. Like that ideal it was just a little time consuming to remove but I love that this manufacture protects there products. This is a great price for the product this is what I consider a life time product. The product arrived one day early. Great product and worth buying.

Works well, Only wish it had more than the two shelves.

The equipment itself was great. HOWEVER, removing the wrapping to prepare for use was some sort of sentence for a crime. It took over one hour to remove the plastic/rubber adhesive. I purchased 10 warmers and I would get more, except that was excessive, ridiculous and too time consuming. Otherwise the product is super, great, love it!!!! I have since used the product and EVERY handle used for opening and closing the door to the warmer has fallen off. This leaves the glass door swinging open and thereby stops the product inside from heating and creates a safety hazard in a commercial environment. Why are the door handles/openers falling off? Very unhappy about this!!!

Worked perfect for my food. Kept my food nice and warm and we used it during the winter time!

Have yet to use this device, but seems of really nice quality. Came packaged really well and no damage at all. Comes covered in plastic like any standard kitchen equipment. I’m a little disappointed that it does not supply the wattage directly makes it a bit difficult to make sure a breaker won’t get tripped. Will update my review once I have it in use though.
