Does a nice job of sharpening my knives but if you use to much pressure it stops the machine or you have to put in in just right but it does the job well

I’ve had a similar sharpener for years but this one is light years ahead of what I had. Quieter, faster and really does the job. I love it.

This product is not good, it bent my best knife and put scratches on my other knives. I need return this sharpener
