I need to return this espresso machine it does not work at all

I absolutely LOVE my new espresso machine! I was a little intimidated at first because I’d never used an espresso machine before but I watched a few YouTube videos with lots of helpful tips. I am hooked on vanilla lattes!

A gift to my husband and he absolutely loved it! He said it wasn’t too hard to figure out how to use and the coffee was delicious! Great deal!

Definitely not the machine you want if you are looking for ease of use. Had issues straight off with grinder component

I purchased this item in January for a birthday gift in April. After just five weeks of use the item is now not providing pressure to make espressos. We have tried troubleshooting and researching the issue with no luck. I would like to request a replacement and can return the item not working with no charge

I liked it very much and the delivery was fast. I have one question. Why does water come out of the coffee after I make it Is there a manufacturing error or is this normal Please answer my question.
