Beautiful set of dishes. I love the quality and the specs make it look unique. I also love the two sizes of bowls. The smaller ones are perfect for ice cream!

Would give zero stars if I could. They are nothing like the picture. Bowls are very small, the white is more of a cream color and the brown specs are dark. It looks like someone spilled pepper on the plates.

Great set. I really like the color and style. I think the pictures are accurate for color and tone. One star down because of inconsistencies in the "speckled" glaze. I found that the smaller pieces had the nice subtle speckle shown in photos, but the larger pieces had much darker spots that almost look like food or debris (as some other reviewers have noted). I also place wax paper between each piece when stacking because the raw earthware bottoms are rough enough that I fear scratching the glaze of the pieces they are nested in.

Love this set! Solid and earthy.
