This knife fits the bill for a smaller very maneuverable cutting … just used cutting mangoes and cutting perfect slices as the knife magically cuts around the pit. Great for so many other tasks and wonderful as a steal knife, as well.

I might not be the most experienced sharpener but did not take me very long to fix up a few blades that needed care, grit range was perfect what I needed and in time I'll get something more fine to really polish up an edge.
