I was sold a used/returned item. It was sent with the box that you would take off the shelf at a store. Box was damaged but luckily the kettle was not, which is surprising because it was missing some of the packing to keep it stable in the box. I should have been told I was buying an "open" box item, and the price should have reflected it too.
