Received the knife set and is good quality Three days after receiving the price was reduced by 50% after contact with wayfair virtual chat they informed me that there is nothing they can do.

The bloc arrived broken, it rattled, but customer service replaced the entire thing, once I shipped them the damage block set with knifes, they sent a new knife block set. The second set was perfect. Nice Knife set. Haven't tried them yet, but they sure look pretty. Satisfied with the purchase and with customer service.
