Smith & Clark Gradient Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this enamel plated cast iron pot is phenomenal. I am a cast iron junky and I have to admit this is one of my new favorite pans. It’s so easy to cook in! Even my husband loves using it to cook rice because the heavy lid does a great job at keeping the steam in. The enamel coating makes for super easy cleaning, too!

Because its a cast iron pot, it can put in the oven and you food will cook evenly at all times, easy cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a Dutch oven for a while now, so I was excited to try this. It’s beautiful and heats evenly, though all I’ve been able to make in it is bread. I’ve been experimenting with different bread recipes and they all come out perfect in this pan. My only nit is that it’s on the small side, so it’s hard to find recipes (other than bread) that will fit on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a clever little dish! It’s small enough for one person meals, to cook or to reheat. When cooking food, I was pleased to see that the heat was distributed throughout the pot, rather than just at the bottom. It does seem to chip if you’re not careful, but other than that, it’s perfect and adorable. I can’t wait to make a little sourdough loaf in it.
