I use this pan almost every night to sautéed vegetables or fish or meat. It performs perfectly and cleans up well. We have a Thermador induction cooktop in our remodeled kitchen. My husband does the dishes after dinner and he has been able to make it look brand new by occasionally using some oxy clean to remove any stubborn stuck on residues. It is my favorite kitchen tool. I’ve had it for over two years and it still looks brand new. I wish it came with a lid, but I found a cheap pan (13) at Marshals that had a lid that fits perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

I was hesitant to spend so much money on fry pan. But after doing my homework on this pan and it's competitors I agree . It's worth it and more

Heavy, durable, with a very even and clean cooking surface. Only wish it came with a lid.
