Staub Cast Iron Fry Pan

I was shocked to buy the Staub frying pan at a great price for the Memorial Day Sale. Staub makes a great cast iron coated frying pan.

Holy smokes, this skillet has elevated my cooking substantially. The cast iron surface is so much smoother than a typical discount skillet and it makes a major difference. It’s an absolute joy to cook with this skillet.

Looked for a pan to saute scallops and this fry pan fits the bill perfectly. Heat it like a regular cast iron skillet, use just a drop of oil, and in very few minutes they're done!

I love my new skillet! I purchased the red and it is very pretty. I am still getting use to using cast iron but so far, I love it!
