I bought this set a few weeks ago, and the pan melted it’s bottom right off. Burning my hardwood floors and foot when trying to remove it from the stove. Save your money! These are useless . September 6th 2021

I have the 8-inch fry pan only and its Techno Release embossed cooking surface does not come close to being non-stick. I have cooked egg omelets and a salmon cake in the pan, using generous amounts of almond oil. The salmon cake stuck terribly, leaving a crust of fish on the bottom of the pan. The egg omelets stuck to the pan and ended up as scrambled eggs. The Techno Release nubs caught on my silicone spatula.

Brought this set and the pots are great but the frying pans hold moisture and causes very bad popping of oil. Be sure to thoroughly dry the frying pan before each use to help reduce the cause. It has become too fearful to use. Very disappointed in this purchase. I have Tfal pots and this is my first stainless steel in a while...wish I had bought the non-stick set.

I purchased this a week ago, I r read and carefully followed all instructions before use including not using high heat. The smaller fry pan cooked my fish great and did not stick or burn, however, I am now unable to clean the brown "burn" marks that coat the sides of the pan. No matter how I try to clean it off, without using something like a steel wool and completely spoiling the pan I cannot remove the brown "burn" marks. Although these look great, from my experience I cannot recommend them.

It has been a year since this purchase and this is what I have done, burnt, cooked, sauteed, souped. To all the events afore mentioned cleaning it was not so difficult. If burnt, they recommend adding water, boil, wait to cool, then clean it with or without adding a cleaning agent. Me, pour hot water with dishwashing soap, leave it overnight, then wash it, dry it, put it away. There has been the occasional stubborn spot that will not come out the conventional way, so, I have used citric acid, allowed it to sit, and viola! all clean. I am all for no elbow grease anything and this has not been so difficult for me, arthritis and all. It does perform very well at lower heat settings rather than subjecting it to higher ones for long periods of time, unless its just water, lol. Great day to all near and far.

I have been devoted to Farberware stainless pots and pans for over 30 years, adding just a few non-stick and stainless pans from other brands on occasion. The quality, durability and overall performance of the Farberware is great but there is often a problem with food sticking. I wasn't sure this T-fal Performa set would be better but was pleasantly surprised.

These pans are horrible! Absolutely everything sticks to them, and I would not recommend them. I cannot clean the pans adequately, and it has burned everything that I have tried to cook in them. After just 4 short months of having these pans, I am going to throw them away because they are absolutely unusable. DO NOT BUY! Not worth your money.

The large frying pan began to stick after couple months of use, developed a film and cant get off. the 3.2 qt saucepan sticks, and warped after 3 months use. Not happy with it at all, only really liked about it is the design and appearance. Has lifetime warranty, wondering how easy would it to have refunded or replaced?

I have used this set everyday for regular meals and various different way and it's been so reliable, cooks evenly and SO easy to clean. I love the stainless steel feature and have always stuck with T-fal brand products; still do after this set as well. It's a great set too, lots of useful kitchen cooking pieces and great size variations.

I read the directions of keeping heat low and removing from,heat when done but the spray oil I used left a film I can't get off. Sometimes I want a little oil for flavor and whoever heard of a pan you can't use oil on. I don't want pans I have to baby!
