I ordered these for my daughter and because of a glitch I believe with my computer during ordering, I accidentally ordered two sets. I loved them so much I kept the second set for myself. They are attractive, functional and perfect sizes for both hot and cold foods, serving and prep. They may develop black scratch marks on the finish if you use an electric beater or mercilessly scrape it with a metal utensil. These bowls do fine with rubber spatulas, wood and silicone coated utensils. You can use metal but just use a gentler hand. I'm generally not fond of high maintenance things but you don't need to coddle these bowls, just obviously don't treat them like a metal or plastic ones.

I was looking for a pretty pink bowl for my lemons to sit on my kitchen counter. I came across this set and thought I'd grab it for the pink bowl (which is the 'medium' size). I love this set in all colors four of the colors within the gray set and have decided to use the larger soft gray instead. This is a very sturdy set and I'm pleasantly surprised. I had a pink bowl like this in the larger size a few years ago but my son chipped it when we were packing to move and I was a little disappointed. This set will be put to good use!

These mixing bowls are sturdy, well-made great sizes, and I would purchase them again. This was an excellent buy for the money. Very elegant addition to the kitchen.
