Tramontina Gourmet Ceramica Deluxe Non-Stick Frying Pan

I’ve had the 10” size just over 6-months. I’ve been so impressed with it, I just went back and purchased the 8.” I’ve had zero issues with sticking. Everything slides out with ease and what makes me even happier is the easy clean up. I’ve used vegetable oil, olive oil and butter so far with no issues. It heats evenly and I’ve not burned a single thing. I’m cooking on a glass top. There is one concern that kept me from rating 5 stars the edge of my 10” pan has the same non stick coating. It runs up out of the pan and over the edge, all the way around the top edge. The thing is, I’ve been gentle with the pan. I’ve hand washed it and I’ve been using silicone spatulas. The edge is chipping off tiny sections of the non stick coating. This isn’t happening within the pan inside where you cook the food, but outside around that top edge. The only thing I can figure out is that it must be getting hit with other pans when we put them back in the drawer. So be aware of that and be gentle with storage and placing other items in with it. I am hoping this does not cause an issue and eventually wear off the coating down the edges and into the pan itself. When the 8” pan arrived this week, I immediately noticed it was manufactured differently. The 8” pan left off the non stick coating on the edge, and instead, appears metallic and silver. I wish the other size had been made this way. I'm including a side by side comparison of the new 8" pan and the 10" pan to show the difference in the top edge.

Non stick surface didn't last very long at all. I have had the pan for about a year and rarely use it and the surface on it is so bad that a grilled cheese sandwich with buttered bread just stuck to it.

This frying pan is non stick . I use it a lot. Easy to clean. Very happy would buy again.

Perfect size for me. I was looking for a small pan that was deep. This is it!

This is my favorite pan to cook with, my son came to my house and cooked with it and instantly fell in love with it. So I ordered one for him for a housewarming. Awesome non-stick.

Has a nice, slick surface to make a perfect folded omelette. Finally can get my eggs right. Have dedicated the pan to low temperature cooking, keeping it separate from the stainless steel workhorses. I purchased so my spouse would cook breakfast but I like it so much I want to keep it away from him.
