The pot is great, non stick and cleans up easily. My only disappointment is with the metal covers for the handles - they changed color after two uses and I only wash by hand.

Perfect size for pasta, stews and soups.

I love my Ceramica round Dutch oven, I use it for my chili and the other day I used it for my slow roast in the oven my meat came out so tender that it fell apart with just the fork, made a mouth watering slow pulled pork. They should have invented this a long time ago. It cleans easily and spreads the heat evenly, there's no scorching, no fuss. Great deal too.

I got this gift for a chef in the family. When he received it, he was thrilled with the quality of the Dutch oven. Although not cast iron and as expensive as some, he said it was perfect for his home cooking. Pros: Cost and quality Cons: Maybe different color options would be nice.

Like the dutch oven. However...I wish the porcelain lining was thicker.
